Case Packer Operator – 2nd Shift
Hendersonville, NC | $19.50/hr | ⏰ 8-hr Shift + Saturday OT

What You’ll Do:

Operate, monitor, and maintain case packing, forming, and sealing machines

Perform quality checks on labels and packaging, adjust machines, and troubleshoot jams

Assist with material replenishment and size changeovers to keep production flowing

Maintain a clean, organized workspace while following food safety and company standards
What We’re Looking For:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with frequent standing, bending, and crouching

Forklift certification a plus; experience in food/beverage manufacturing preferred

Strong time management and teamwork skills

Comfortable working in varying temperatures and following strict safety protocols
