De-Palletizer Operator

Night Shift | 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM (8-hour shifts) + Saturday Overtime
We are hiring a dependable De-Palletizer Operator to support a fast-paced food and beverage manufacturing team. This role plays a key part in keeping production moving efficiently by safely operating equipment, handling materials, and maintaining quality and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities

Operate the depalletizer to feed bottles/cans into the production line

Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and stage materials

Make basic equipment adjustments to maintain production flow

Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues; escalate when needed

Complete required scanning, documentation, or data entry

Follow all safety, SQF, and food safety procedures

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Collaborate with production, warehouse, and maintenance teams
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Forklift operation experience required

Manufacturing experience preferred; food & beverage experience a plus

Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
