Hendersonville, NC | Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | $35.00/hr
Looking for a skilled, hands-on maintenance role where your expertise keeps production running safely and efficiently? We’re hiring an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic (Aseptic) to support plant and production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do:

Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems (120V–480V)

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
-
Diagnose equipment malfunctions, identify required parts, and coordinate repairs or replacements
-
Safely use hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment to complete assigned work orders

Assist with installation, setup, and testing of new or modified production equipment

Document maintenance activities, inspections, and work orders accurately
-
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance with minimal operational impact

Follow all safety policies, regulatory requirements, and housekeeping/5S standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum 3 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
-
Strong knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical systems (120VAC–480VAC)

Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
-
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, bending, or climbing

Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills
Preferred (Nice to Have):

Experience in food & beverage or other high-speed manufacturing environments

Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs, CMMS systems, or continuous improvement initiatives

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
