Looking for a fast-paced, hands-on role where your work keeps production moving? We’re hiring a Materials Handler to join our Hendersonville team. This is a critical position responsible for staging and managing materials to keep production lines running efficiently.
What You’ll Do:

Operate forklifts to transport, stack, and retrieve materials while maintaining accurate inventory records

Set up, operate, and adjust palletizers, stretch wrap machines, and related equipment

Monitor palletizer patterns, change stretch wrap rolls, and resolve fallen carton issues
-
Troubleshoot machine jams and adjust settings to keep production flowing
-
Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements, including SQF and food safety standards
-
Collaborate with supervisors to address quality and safety concerns

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
-
Perform additional warehouse and production support tasks as needed
What You’ll Need:

High school diploma or equivalent

2–4 years manufacturing or production experience preferred

Forklift and material handling equipment proficiency required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent time management and communication skills
