What You’ll Be Doing:
• Set up and operate precision grinding machines
• Shape ceramic or metal parts to exact specifications
• Work with tight tolerances (yes, the tiny details matter here)
• Inspect finished parts to ensure top-quality results
• Maintain a steady workflow with minimal supervision
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience with precision grinding (ceramic or metal is a big plus)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good hand dexterity — smaller hands tend to do especially well in this role
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
