Position Overview
We are seeking a Aseptic QA Technician to support night shift operations in a high-speed food and beverage manufacturing environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring product quality, food safety, and compliance with GMP, SQF, and company standards.
Schedule Details

Night Shift: 12-hour 2-2-3 rotation

Hours: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM

Training Period: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (up to 3 months)
Key Responsibilities

Perform in-process quality inspections on hot fill products and packaging

Conduct product testing including pH, Brix, acidity, color, and clarity

Verify labeling, coding, and packaging accuracy

Accurately document test results and maintain quality records

Assist with batch disposition, product holds, and non-conformance investigations

Enforce GMP, SQF, and internal quality standards throughout production
Qualifications

1–3 years of quality control experience in food or beverage manufacturing

Working knowledge of quality testing procedures and systems

Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production-driven environment
