Friday is partnering with our client in Hendersonville to hire an experienced and people-focused HR Recruiter. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing multiple openings, and playing a key role in supporting a positive workplace culture.
In this role, you will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for both dealership and corporate positions while supporting day-to-day hiring operations.
Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for dealership and corporate roles
• Post and manage job openings across job boards, social media, and internal platforms
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Coordinate onboarding activities including offer letters, pre-employment steps, and new hire orientation
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and timelines
• Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of recruiting, HR, or people-facing experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Automotive experience is a plus, but not required
