We are partnering with a respected law firm on the search for a Senior Commercial Litigation Attorney to join a growing practice in the firm’s Columbia office. This opportunity is well-suited for an experienced litigator who enjoys managing complex matters with a high level of autonomy while collaborating within a strong, established team.

The Role
Manage a sophisticated commercial and complex civil litigation docket from case strategy through resolution
Defend clients in high-stakes matters, including discovery, motion practice, arbitration, and trial
Maintain primary responsibility for assigned matters while working collaboratively with colleagues
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients throughout all phases of litigation

Qualifications
– Active South Carolina law license
– 8+ years of commercial and/or complex civil litigation experience
– Strong background defending civil litigation matters
– Demonstrated experience handling cases through arbitration and trial
– Excellent written, analytical, and advocacy skills

Work Environment
Based in Columbia, SC- must live in the Columbia area or be willing to relocate
Role is an on-site role with the potential to work hybrid as needed

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive base salary, typically in the $160,000–$210,000+ range, commensurate with experience and overall practice contributions
Additional compensation consideration for candidates with a book of business or revenue-generating experience, though not required
Comprehensive benefits package, including health coverage, retirement plan, paid time off, and additional optional benefits

This is a full-time position; benefits may be subject to a waiting period.
