Machine Operator – 3rd Shift

Full-Time | Night Shift (10-hour shifts)
Pay: $18/hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our 3rd shift production team. This role is responsible for operating multiple machines, maintaining production efficiency, and ensuring all products meet quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
3rd Shift: Monday – Thursday | 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
Training (1st Shift): Monday – Thursday | 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Overtime available on Fridays; occasional Saturdays as needed
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor multiple machines to maintain efficient production flow
Load and unload materials and finished products from equipment
Perform daily machine checks to identify and report safety or maintenance issues
Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications
Accurately record labor and production data in ERP systems
Pack finished goods and prepared for the next stage of production or shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1+ year of manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred
Experience working with metal is a plus
Ability to operate multiple machines and manage time effectively
Basic computer skills for data entry and ERP systems
Strong attention to detail and quality
