Sanitation Technician
Location: Hendersonville, NC
Pay Rate: $21.00/hour, with a raise upon permanent hire
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
We are seeking a Sanitation Worker to join our team. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities to ensure a safe and sanitary environment. The ideal candidate will be diligent, detail-oriented, and committed to upholding health and safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of production areas, equipment, and common spaces.

Handle and dispose of waste materials following established guidelines.

Operate cleaning equipment and use chemicals safely and effectively.

Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with sanitation standards.

Report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in sanitation or janitorial roles preferred.

Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good physical condition, capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
