12-Hour Shifts | 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM | 2-2-3 rotating schedule
Job Summary
Our client in Hendersonville is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Filler Operator to support beverage production operations. In this role, you will be responsible for operating filling equipment, maintaining product quality, and ensuring efficient production flow in a fast-paced, food-grade environment.
Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor filler equipment to maintain production efficiency and output

Perform CIP (Clean-in-Place), Kosher, and Organic wash procedures in accordance with sanitation standards

Monitor bottle and product flow, clear jams, and make minor machine adjustments as needed

Conduct routine quality checks, including fill levels, seals, and product appearance

Accurately complete production and quality documentation

Track materials, waste, and production changes throughout the shift

Follow all safety, SQF, and food safety regulations
Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required

6+ months of manufacturing experience (food or beverage experience preferred)

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Comfortable working with machinery, cleaning chemicals, and sanitation processes

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
